Terms and Conditions of Payment for Pilates Classes

1. Payment Methods

Payments for Pilates classes must be made using one of the following methods:

  • Bank transfer: Bank details will be provided on the invoice or upon request.
  • Cash: Payment must be made directly only in Swiss Francs (CHF) at the studio before the class starts. Payement in other currencies will be charged.
  • TWINT or other digital payment options: Instructions will be provided during the booking process.
  • Payment on invoice:
    • The invoice will be sent by email after booking the class or after the session.
    • Invoices must be paid within 10 business days from the date of issue.
    • Subscriptions must be payed in advance at least 24 hours before the first class.

2. Cancellations and Changes

  • Private classes: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be fully charged.
  • Group classes: Missed classes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the session will not be refunded or rescheduled.
  • If the organizer cancels a class, you will be refunded or offered an alternative option.

3. Late Payments

  • For payments on invoice, any delay beyond the due date of 10 business days will result in:
    • A first reminder free of charge: Sent 5 days after the due date.
    • Subsequent reminders with administrative fees: A fee of 20 CHF will be added for each additional reminder.
  • If payment is not received within 30 days, debt collection measures may be initiated, which will include additional charges.

4. Refunds

  • No refunds will be granted for classes that have already been paid for, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.
  • In cases of force majeure (illness or injury, with a medical certificate), a postponement or credit may be offered at the organizer’s discretion.

5. Pricing

  • Pilates class rates are subject to change. Payments made before a price change will not be affected.
  • All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF).

6. Liability

  • Participation in Pilates classes is at your own risk. The organizer disclaims all liability for injuries or incidents occurring during or after the classes.

Acceptance

By booking a class or accepting an invoice, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions above.
